miya4d Terms & Conditions for Malaysian Players

1Introduction and Definitions

In this agreement, “miya4d”, “platform”, “we”, “our”, or “us” refers to the online service presented under the miya4d brand. “Player”, “user”, or “you” means any person who visits, registers, deposits, places a wager, claims an offer, or otherwise uses miya4d. “Account” means the personal profile created for access to available casino games, sports betting markets, wallet functions, and support services.

“Bonus” includes promotional credit, free spins, cashback, rebates, enhanced odds, loyalty rewards, or any similar benefit. “Wager” includes a casino stake, sports bet, live bet, accumulator, Asian Handicap selection, or other paid game entry accepted by miya4d. 2Account Eligibility

A person may register with miya4d only if that person is at least 21 years old, has legal capacity to enter a binding agreement, is acting on their own behalf, and is permitted to participate under laws applicable to their location. Employees, contractors, and persons restricted by an applicable exclusion programme may not register where such participation is prohibited.

3Account Security

Players must keep their miya4d username, password, verification codes, and device access secure. A player should use a unique password and must not disclose account credentials to friends, family members, agents, or third parties. Activity completed through valid credentials may be treated as authorised unless miya4d receives timely notice of suspected compromise.

If a player notices unfamiliar bets, payment activity, or profile changes, the player must stop using the account and contact miya4d support promptly. miya4d may temporarily lock the account, reverse unauthorised changes where reasonably verified, or request further identification before restoring access.

4Deposits and Payment Methods

5Withdrawals and Verification

Where reasonably possible, miya4d may return funds through the same method used for deposit. Processing estimates are not guarantees because banks, eWallet operators, maintenance windows, and security reviews may affect completion time.

Before approving a withdrawal, miya4d may request proof of identity, payment ownership, residential address, or source of funds. A request may be paused while documents are reviewed. Players must not split transactions, create duplicate accounts, or use another person's Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, or Hong Leong account to avoid a limit or verification process.

6Casino Games and Sports Betting

Games, live dealer tables, slots, fishing games, instant games, and sports markets are provided subject to their displayed rules. Players should review game instructions, payout tables, RTP information where available, betting limits, and market settlement rules before placing a wager. A wager becomes final once accepted by miya4d, except where cancellation is permitted under a published rule or required to correct an obvious error.

Where credible evidence of prohibited conduct exists, miya4d may suspend affected functions, preserve records, cancel invalid transactions, void wagers connected to abuse, or close the account. Any action will be proportionate to the circumstances and subject to applicable legal obligations.

9Technical Interruptions and Errors

Internet services can experience interruptions, device incompatibility, delayed data, maintenance, or connection failures. miya4d does not guarantee uninterrupted access to every game or market. Players should confirm that a wager has been accepted before assuming it is active. If a game round disconnects, the applicable game record and server result will normally determine settlement.

Obvious errors do not create a right to an unintended payout. This includes clearly incorrect odds, duplicated credits, impossible jackpot displays, incorrect MYR conversion, or a balance created by a system fault. miya4d may correct the account to the position that would have existed without the error and will provide an explanation where reasonably appropriate.

10Responsible Gambling
